Certification and Final Evaluation
The AERH certification (Support for Team and Executive Performance & Harassment Advisor) validates all the skills acquired during the training program.
Professional Practice Portfolio
Each participant compiles a professional practice portfolio comprising two separate coaching assignments conducted in a corporate setting:
- an individual coaching session,
- and a team coaching session,
each consisting of 6 to 8 sessions, for a total of 30 hours of supervised practice.
This portfolio allows the candidate to take a step back and reflect on their practice, analyze their professional approach, and present a complete coaching process that highlights the skills developed during the training.
Portfolios must be submitted via the online campus in the designated area before the certification exams.
Certification Exams
Certification consists of two oral exams, conducted remotely before a panel of accredited professionals:
- Professional Scenario
The candidate draws a topic at random that presents a coaching context and conducts a professional interview with one of the panel members, who plays the role of the coachee. - Presentation of the Professional Practice Portfolio
The panel discusses the submitted portfolio with the candidate to assess the quality of the analysis, the relevance of the tools used, and the ability to apply the skills to other contexts.
Certification Validation
To obtain certification, the candidate must meet at least 85% of the evaluation criteria defined in the competency framework.
This evaluation guarantees mastery of the key competencies for harassment prevention specialists and team performance coaches, recognized by the French government through registration in the Specific Directory (RS6969).

Testimonial
Following the AERH (Team Performance Coaching and Harassment Advisor) training program that one of the executives at the company where I work completed through your organizationâwhich enabled her to earn her diploma while graduating at the top of her classâI am writing to express my gratitude and congratulations regarding this training program.
Currently serving as Human Resources Manager in the medical-social sector, this training provided her with an opportunity to develop her skills in team support and coaching.
The quality, generosity, and willingness to share their experience demonstrated by the instructors during the training sessions were a real highlight of this program.
For me personally, the program was a real asset in the support work Iâve been doing, particularly in terms of tools, processes to implement, and the approach to take.
The fact that the training was organized outside of work hours and conducted via videoconference also made it possible to balance my professional life with participation in the training sessions.
This has been beneficial for the assignment entrusted to her, allowing her to further solidify her role and become a key resource within the division. She can put this training into practice immediately upon completion of the session.
