To train professional coaches of excellence and support them toward sustainable, recognized success.

To develop solid expertise: to transmit all the key competencies of professional coaching, enabling future coaches to intervene effectively in a variety of contexts – corporate, individual, or collective.

To foster impact and transformation: to learn how to support individuals and groups in developing their potential, clarifying their objectives, and implementing long-lasting changes.

To guarantee dual recognition, nationally and internationally: to allow participants to have their journey certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation), the global benchmark in coaching, and to obtain an RNCP Level 6 professional certification, issued by the French state. This dual validation strengthens both their international credibility and their institutional legitimacy in the French market.

Audience, Target Profiles, Prerequisites, and Access Requirements

Who is this training program for?

The MasterCoach ICI™ training program is open to a variety of profiles driven by a desire for transformation or professional growth:

• Accompanying professionals (consultants, trainers, therapists, etc.) wishing to expand their scope of expertise with coaching tools.
• Individuals in career transition or life redirection, who want to move toward an activity that is more aligned with their values and aspirations.
• Corporate actors (executives, managers, leaders) looking to integrate coaching tools into their managerial or leadership practices.

Access Requirements:

• Hold a 2-year higher education degree or equivalent (Level 5 in the French nomenclature).
• Access is also possible with a high school diploma (Level 4) if the applicant can demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in team management.
• Proficiency in the French language, both written and spoken.

Applicant Selection:
Admission is based on an individual telephone interview between the applicant and an ICI educational advisor.
Evaluation criteria include:

• Initial education background
• Professional experience
• Motivation, values, and personal qualities
• Relevance of the professional project

Access Lead Time: 15 days following the needs analysis interview.

• Origin, philosophy, and practice of coaching
• The fundamentals of coaching practice, ethics, and code of conduct
• The coaching interview
• The 8 Coach Core Competencies defined by the ICF
• The different types of coaching sessions
• Clarification of values and needs
• Coaching and emotional management
• Accompanying challenging personalities
• E-coaching: learning how to coach remotely
• 4 evening practice sessions supervised by ICF-approved trainers who will provide oral and written feedback on your practice
• 3 hours of individual Mentoring by ICF-approved trainers
• ICF certification and accreditation: why do it and what is the pathway
• Coaching life transitions using the Hudson model
• The coaching agreement and legal matters related to contracts and setting up your practice
• The Level 1 evaluation process
• Additionally, a set of pre-recorded modules focusing on more advanced coaching models and diverse themes including:

A Comprehensive Program to Become a Professional Coach and Launch a Successful Practice

This RNCP training program enables you to develop all the core competencies of the profession:

• Formalizing a coaching request: analyzing the context, framing the demand, and establishing a clear and structured agreement.
• Conducting individual coaching: guiding clients in real-life situations, using relevant analytical tools, and measuring progress.
• Conducting team coaching: defining group objectives, managing dynamics, and ensuring effective follow-up.
• Launching your coaching business: building a solid business plan (market analysis, business model, communication, supervision, and networking).

A Proven Recognition and a Successful Launch

By validating these 4 framework blocks, you achieve official recognition of your skills by organizations and companies.
The training also provides you with all the keys to successfully launch your professional practice, develop your network, and establish your legitimacy as a certified Professional Coach.
