Training Details
The training program consists of a comprehensive 72-hour course:
- 30 hours of live online sessions (interactive webinars)
- 20 hours of independent work between sessions
- 9 hours of analyzing 3 individual Carte Couleurs© reports in pairs
- 9 hours of analyzing 3 practical cases using the “Le Monde en 7 Couleurs©” game
- 4 hours of written work (support protocol)

The Trainers
With a master’s degree in educational science from the University of Liège (equivalent to a Master 2), and as a certified professional coach, she has dedicated herself fully to her work as a professional coach, consultant in change management, relational and collaborative intelligence, and trainer for the past 20 years, following a 15-year career in the corporate sector during which she held various positions as a trainer, training manager, and project director. She works with companies and their executive boards, as well as with nonprofit organizations and universities—notably the Sorbonne. She has developed an agile method for facilitating systemic change. The tools and models she draws upon include: Spiral Dynamics, techniques and tools for collective and collaborative intelligence, and games and playful approaches. All the services she offers to businesses, nonprofit organizations, and change facilitators (coaches, trainers, facilitators, consultants) stem from these experiences and practices. In particular, she has developed specific facilitation tools derived from the model, which are included in this training program. Trained in Spiral Dynamics in 2004 by Patricia and Fabien Chabreuil, she has trained more than a hundred facilitators—including coaches, consultants, and trainers—in Spiral Dynamics to date.
A graduate of the IEP in Strasbourg and holder of an MSc in SMIB from ESSEC Business School, she is an ICI Master Coach certified by the International Coaching Institute and an ICF PCC Coach. As a seasoned expatriate and serial entrepreneur, she has been supporting organizational transformation and the development of employees’ skills for 25 years through consulting, training, and coaching. Notably, she served as associate director at ABIS Formation for over 10 years, overseeing the academic direction of the Professional Adult Trainer Certification, an RNCP Level 5 qualification. Today, she works with a diverse client base comprising senior executives, managers, and entrepreneurs, often in contexts involving international mobility and multicultural environments. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at several renowned business schools in France and Spain. As a member of the E-coaching Associates community, she has been providing online training and coaching since 2019. She works in both French and English across three continents: Europe, Africa, and North America. Trained in the Spiral Dynamics model by Karin Roland in 2020, she uses this model to understand the value systems of individuals and organizations in all her international coaching engagements, complementing the intercultural and mindset models she learned from renowned specialists—Robert Dilts and Philippe Rosinski.
