It is part of the company’s human resources strategy and covers all training programs and initiatives that the company implements to develop its employees’ skills.

Financial Assistance
Depending on the training program you are enrolled in and your status, you may be eligible for financial assistance from organizations such as France Travail, your pension fund, or local governments.
As part of the career development counseling, your France Travail advisor will help you identify and access the funding available for your project.

Direct admission based on an interview and application materials for applicants with a two-year post-secondary degree or higher
If you are over 25 years old and hold a two-year post-secondary degree or higher, you meet the prerequisites to enroll in the “MasterCoach ICI” program. You’ll be admitted directly based on your qualifications, following an interview with one of our advisors to help you define your goals.
