- The Life Assessment Coach’s Approach: ICF competencies, partnership, ethics, confidentiality
- The Life Assessment Methodology: the 3 phases of the assessment, tools for each session, skills portfolio
- From Plan to Action: co-creating the plan, support for job search, validation of prior learning (VAE), training
Practical Application & Certification
You will work with a real client undergoing a skills assessment
- 12 hours of practice on the e-coaching platform
- 2 hours of individual mentoring with a certified supervising coach
- Final evaluation: summary report, audio recording of a session with commentary
