  4. From Plan to Action: co-creating the plan, support for job search, validation of prior learning (VAE), training

Practical Application & Certification

You will work with a real client undergoing a skills assessment

  • 12 hours of practice on the e-coaching platform
  • 2 hours of individual mentoring with a certified supervising coach
  • Final evaluation: summary report, audio recording of a session with commentary
