I founded my change management consulting company 5 years ago in New Caledonia, where I have been living for 20 years.
As an active practitioner, I was able to quickly achieve my ACC certification from the ICF, under the supervision of Sandrine Saliba, which I obtained on June 1st, 2024, amidst an unimaginably difficult crisis in New Caledonia.
During this period, I was also co-coached by Agnès Condat. Her support allowed me to step back and process the traumatic situation, moving toward resilience and rapidly embracing the challenges into which I had been thrust. It was as deeply moving as it was fascinating to experience and observe. I also had to demonstrate deep reflexivity regarding my presence and posture as a coach when working with clients facing the exact same collective traumas.
I plan to take on the challenge of achieving my PCC credential within a few months, continuing to be supervised by Sandrine Saliba.
