Why don't we use the term "life coach"?
We deeply respect personal development.
But our mission is to train certified professional coaches who are capable of working in both B2B and B2C settings, integrating human, organizational, and strategic challenges into a structured, supervised practice that complies with international standards.
Specifically, we train professionals who are capable of:
- to work in corporate settings, within complex and demanding environments
- to support executives, managers, and teams with their strategic and human challenges
- to work with a systemic approach to organizations (relational, cultural, and decision-making dynamics)
