A structured assessment to validate your learning
The final certification includes:
- 2 assessed audio recordings of coaching sessions
- 1 reflective report on a competency from the ICF framework
- 1 online written exam (multiple-choice)
- Continuous assessment (supervised practice, attendance, participation)
In the event of failure to pass, personalized support is offered for a supervised make-up session.

Admission Requirements:
- Hold at least a two-year post-secondary degree (or professional equivalent)
- Have obtained a Level 1 coaching certification (issued by ICI or any other recognized school)
- Pass a preliminary interview with the academic director to confirm that your goals, your current mindset, and the program’s requirements are a good fit

Rémy LARROSE
Coach PCC
coach professionnelle accréditée PCC (Professional Certified Coach) par ICF, Rémy Larrose est également comédien et metteur en scène, il a piloté et produit pendant plus de 15 ans, grâce à ses différentes compagnies, des projets artistiques : théâtre, musique, vidéo.
Spécialisé dans la régulation émotionnelle (Praticien CLEEN) et la performance oratoire, il accompagne toutes sortes de profils (dirigeants, managers…) désireux de parfaire leurs communications à l’oral dans le cadre de présentations de projets, d’entretiens d’embauche et/ou de prise de parole en public.
Il est également formateur et superviseur en Entretien Motivationnel (susciter l’engagement vers le changement) et accompagne ses clients dans leurs pratiques de l’EM, tout en utilisant lui-même l’EM dans ses coachings en entreprise ou dans ses interventions en milieu carcéral pour créer l’alliance et la motivation.

Précédemment, elle a exercé pendant 15 ans des postes à responsabilité et fonction de dirigeante au sein de cabinets de consulting spécialisés dans la stratégie et le positionnement de marques pour le compte de groupes internationaux. Elle est diplômée de l’Université en Sciences sociales s’ajoute aussi un parcours riche de formations, diplômée en sophrologie, certifiée en intelligence émotionnelle EQ-i 2.0®, en psychologie positive et en neurosciences appliquées au coaching. Elle accompagne à distance (e-coaching) les managers et les dirigeants de multinationales dans leur processus d’évolution personnelle et de performance collective.
