Use of the website www.ici.coach implies full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of use described below. These terms of use may be modified or supplemented at any time; users of the website www.ici.coach are therefore encouraged to review them regularly.

The website www.ici.coach is updated regularly by the webmaster. Similarly, the legal notices may be modified at any time; however, they are binding on the user, who is encouraged to refer to them as often as possible to stay informed.

The purpose of the website www.ici.coach is to provide information regarding all training programs offered by the Institut de Coaching International.

In France, personal data is protected in particular by Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.

For France

Any dispute arising from the use of the www.ici.coach website is governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris.

For Switzerland

The contract is governed by Swiss law. Any dispute between the representatives and the customer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva, with the right to appeal to the Federal Supreme Court reserved.
