“ICI MasterCoach” certified coach training

Based on the observation made over the recent years that shows that trainings conducted in the traditional style often disappoint for lack of follow-up, we are now aware that a training programme without immediate practical application empilement-mainsdoes not transform new learning into actual skill.
To avoid that, the Institute has equipped itself with the latest technology (live distance learning and e-learning) such that it helps each of its trainees to practice regularly along with getting support and assistance from the Institute.
The curriculum alternates between distance learning sessions, practical coaching between sessions, and using the Institute’s on-line campus resources.
The instructional curriculum is delivered by faculty members who are all professionals in coaching and training: they teach you by sharing their professional experience.

Level 1 and 2 certifications

They are awarded to trainees who have completed levels 1 and 2 and fulfil the certification requirements. The candidates, who fulfil these conditions, receive a Professional Coach certificate at the end of Level 1, and the ICI MasterCoach diploma from the International Coaching Institute at the end of Level 2.

Level 1 – Professional Coach certification programme

Level 1 comprises 62 hours of training, out of which 52 hours are live with the trainers (in synchronous mode) and 12 hours are pre-recorded (in asynchronous mode).

Le niveau 2 – Programme de MasterCoach certifié

Le niveau 2 comprend 252 heures de formation en direct avec les formateurs (mode synchrone) et en différé (mode asynchrone) dont :

  • 4 modules sur le Coaching des Équipes et des Organisations
  • 4 modules « Le Marketing du coach » où vous pourrez clarifier vos objectifs et votre projet professionnel sur l’aspect marketing du métier.
  • 4 modules sur un Accompagnement Coaching dans le cadre d’un groupe de réussite pour vous soutenir pendant votre installation. Vous pourrez participer à ce groupe aussi longtemps que vous le souhaitez.
  • 8 journées d’entraînement pratique en salle à Paris et à Genève (au minimum 2 sont obligatoires pour votre certification niveau 2)
  • Un ensemble de modules pré-enregistrés qui portent sur des modèles de coaching plus avancés et des thématiques diversifiées dont :
    • Accompagner les professions libérales

Alain CAYROL : Founder and Co-Director of the International Coaching Institute with Anne-Brigitte de Courten, Psychologist, Trainer, Coach, Author, and a media person, he is one of the stalwarts in coaching and in the world of personal development. He has trained or supported more than 40,000 people in more than 35 years of professional experience. Innovation forms the foundation of his professional trajectory, considering that he made the Francophone world discover Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Milton Erickson’s work, Coaching, and Appreciative Inquiry (AI) and contributed to the development of Transactional Analysis at the beginning of his career. Today, he is committed to developing the Institute and facilitates the Coaching programmes and the CLEEN approach (Coaching for Freedom from Negative Emotional Imprints) programme. He is a co-developer of the CLEEN approach with Anne-Brigitte de Courten.

Stéphanie DILLIERE BROOKS : An ICI-certified coach, an ICF PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential-holder, and a doctorate (Ph.D) in Organisational Communication, she provides e-coaching support to managers and professionals in improving their performance in management and communication. For this purpose, she created the first French distance coaching platform, and thus contributes to the development of coaching 3.0. Moreover, she supports several coaches in developing their business in this novel e-coaching sector. She is also certified in conducting the MBTI Type II test and the Hogan assessment test.

Sylvie-Laurence LELIEVRE : coach professionnelle certifiée et formatrice en entreprise, spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des dirigeants et de leurs équipes dans des environnements complexes et à forts enjeux. Précédemment, elle a exercé pendant 15 ans des postes à responsabilité et fonction de dirigeante au sein de cabinets de consulting spécialisés dans la stratégie et le positionnement de marques pour le compte de groupes internationaux Unilever, Heineken, RMC, Nestlé… Elle intervient également sur le cycle de marketing du coach pour favoriser la mise en pratique des apprentissages et faciliter la création de l’activité du coach certifié par l’Institut.

Elodie MORIO-SENSEVY : An ICF-certified, ACC credential-holder, Elodie also holds a Masters degree (M2) in Consulting and Professional Development and has also attended a Masters programme in Human Resource Management at IAE. A Sophrologist and a Graduate in Psychology, she understands interpersonal relations with professionalism and sincerity. Today, she has her own company and supports organisations, individuals, and students in their journey of transformation and change, through individual work or group work. Along with coaching, she also lectures at conferences on topics such as personal development, skills, success, and employment. She facilitates the Master Coach training programme.

Anaëlle N’GUESSAN : juriste de formation, coach professionnelle certifiée, formatrice en entreprise, elle est spécialisée dans le management multiculturel et plus particulièrement l’accompagnement dans le cadre de la préparation opérationnelle à l’emploi sur des profils juniors et seniors. Pascale PASCOA AMORIM : coach diplômée et accréditée ACC par ICF, coach certifiée Process Communication – Kahler Communication, animatrice groupes de co-développement professionnel, spécialisée dans le coaching de transmission d’entreprise TPE/PME (cédant et repreneur), le coaching de tout professionnel en développement de carrière, transition professionnelle ou préparation à la fin de carrière, et le coaching d’étudiants élèves ingénieurs. Tools for your success

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The training is based on an exclusive model that consists of five pillars. This format is designed to help you advance faster in your training with the help of additional learning methods and a regular follow-up, so as to bring you the highest possible success at the end of the training.

1. Introduction to content

Sitting at home, you meet your group every week and you do the same thing that you would do in a classroom, without having to commute.

You are live with the trainer, you attend his presentation, watch the supporting Power Point or video that he uses, ask him questions, and interact with the others.

2. Immediate practical application

Each training module has three components:
1. Introduction to content
2. Demonstrations by the facilitator.
3. Immediate practice by the coaches under training.

You will learn from the live demonstrations made by the facilitator and you will immediately practice what you have just learnt.
This method is even more significant since most of the coaches work over phone. You will learn how to master this skill in practical terms.

3. Co-coaching

Between training sessions, you will practice with partners who are attending the training just like you are.
This is your chance to wander around in a structured environment without the stress of something being at stake.

We have created a work environment for you that involves practicing with a partner, over phone or in person, as per your preference.
You could, in fact, continue to meet with your working group as long as you like, even after the training is over.

4. Access to various services on the Institute’s Internet campus

Once you register for the training, you receive a personal code that gives you unlimited access to the Institute’s database. There, you will find instructional material and audio recordings that reiterate or add to what you have seen during your training sessions.
You can listen to what interests you whenever you want and in whatever manner you want, to reinforce your learning.
You also have access to various Internet services, such as discussion forums, wherein you will meet your group members.

5. Post-training follow-up

Once your training is over, you are not left to yourself. It is possible for you to be a part of a post-training success group consisting of other coaches who have also completed the same training.
You can make the most of being a part of this group through guidance regarding developments in your plans and through continued practice with your partners.
This group alternates between programmes self-managed by participants and regular support from a coach.
An asset that makes a huge difference in your success story: you can be a part of this group as long as you find it useful without spending another penny.
